Thursday 06 September 2001 Each steel is lifted into position and dropped onto the four bolts set into the concrete before being levelled up in all planes. The steels are straight - the curvature is as a result of a very wide-angle lens. |

The four bolts for each vertical steel member are sunk into the concrete below a precise mark and centred. The resultant positioning was within 3mm of true. |
