Our leader, Paul, and Sandi celebrating the end of the second day's
building - well, destruction anyway. At this rate all should be
finished by the end of the week. On that thought a pig was seen flying
overhead about the time this picture was taken.
The four bolts for each vertical steel member are sunk into the
concrete below a precise mark and centred. The resultant positioning
was within 3mm of true.
Each steel is lifted into position and dropped onto the four bolts set
into the concrete before being levelled up in all planes. The steels
are straight - the curvature is as a result of a very wide-angle lens.
The scale of the building can be seen with the hoist next to it. It was a delicate process to lift and install each piece of the frame.

"Hello Paul, it's Tommo. We've had the pond liner and the bright purple paint but there's no sign of Charlie Dymock."
