Joanne Wall
Jo joined Eye Veterinary Clinic in 2001 as Head Nurse and played a vital role in the clinic’s move to its purpose built hospital at Marlbrook in April 2002. Since having her two boys Jo returned to EVC and is now a part time Registered Veterinary Nurse.
Outside of work Jo lives on a sheep and beef farm with her partner and children. She works and shows her Hungarian Vizslas Chilli and Fennel. Chilli attained her Show Champion title in August 2016, and Fennel gained her Show Champion title in September 2021 and then gained a COM award at a Field Trial in January 2022 which made her up to a full Champion.
Jo also has a miniature Dachshund “Dizzy”, a working sheepdog “Fern”, a small flock of pedigree Lleyn sheep and also Dutch Spotted Sheep.

What wonderful staff my little mate who has been blind for 5 weeks was with them on Wednesday for his operation, after 5 very stressful, weeks for him and even for stressful for me, this morning I believe he can now see me again he woke this morning eyes wide open and a lovely sparkle in his face and I swear he was grinning at me I can’t thank John, Karen and the brilliant nurses and staff enough.

Can’t thank everyone here enough for everything they have done for Marley. He went blind just over a month ago with diabetic cataracts in both eyes, he is only 3. Ramona has been amazing from his first assessment all the way to his surgery yesterday. We will be forever grateful to you for giving him his sight back. Amazing practice and amazing people!

Would highly recommend! We had 3 visits and everytime they were really thorough and explained everything carefully to us and we felt that the health and wellbeing of our dog was their top priority.
